NAC is efficient and professional. After waiting a fortnight without any engineer allocation from a well-known national organisation i was rather frustrated. But when i found NAC it was a breath of fresh air, everything was convenient to me. I was allocated an engineer within 24 hours and able to book a day that suited me within 3 days. David from electro services Washington communicated the time frame for his visit the night before and stuck to it. He was thoroughly pleasant polite and professional, and did a great job. Very easy to set up, friendly call handler and appointment arranged for two days later. Engineer came early on the day very friendly and informative, in the end there was nothing wrong with my washer spinner not working due to uneven load so he really didn't have to do anything cost 96 quid for nothing really,but that wasn't their fault
